Though staging is about using a universal style, the property itself and the potential buyer demographic determine what type of things I utilize in a property for staging. This property is shiny and new, close to downtown and has urban furnishings. The way I styled the property reflects all of these things.
By staging only the main rooms of the house, I was able to keep the costs down for the seller but still able to show off the homes assets for the buyers.

(I did have a rug here originally but found that it wasn't rich looking enough so I let the floors go naked instead)
Dining Room Before
Dining Room After- Love these chairs! They add detail without being distracting.
Landing After- Just a little added to touch to bring intrest up the stairs.
Master Bedroom Before
Master Bedroom After- A muted pallet made this room very calming- the way a master medroom should be!
Master Bath Before
Master Bathroom After- Love the metal art over the toliet.. a great Home Sense finds for $12.99.
