Though staging is about using a universal style, the property itself and the potential buyer demographic determine what type of things I utilize in a property for staging. This property is shiny and new, close to downtown and has urban furnishings. The way I styled the property reflects all of these things.
By staging only the main rooms of the house, I was able to keep the costs down for the seller but still able to show off the homes assets for the buyers.
