Beautiful Hazeldean Duplex

Just wanted to share a stunning duplex that we did interior color selections for and then staged this past week.

It is a modern earthy color pallet inspired by the granite we chose.

Check out the virtual tour here.

The builder, Lozen Developments, always does a quality job of the homes that they build without cutting any corners.

Have a great day!

Chrome and Leather!

Most recently we staged a 4 bedroom family home in the mature neighborhood of Twin Brooks.

The property was vacant and listed for 4 months before the sellers had removed it from the market and called us in.

The first time I visited the property there was a pool table in the formal living room and poker table in the dining room. This made for a pretty cool bachelor pad but wasn't helping any families picture themselves in the home. Given the price point and the amount of bedrooms I advised that we move in a different direction.. A functional, yet stylish home perfect for a modern family.

Check out the new listing here.

Sold!

Gillian Stickney is a Realtor that I work with regularly.  We do a little something different with each of her listings.

Most recently I staged this condo for her. It sold in the first 3 weeks on the market!  The condo had the living room furniture and the kitchen table set to work with.

After:
I wanted to give the unit a more trendy look even with the oak cabinets. You can view the full listing here.
