Another Vacant Property receives a Tilt transformation!

Last week I staged an older home with a fabulous location. The home sits on a double wide lot in Belgravia, just a stone throw away from the U of A. The property would be perfect for a professional working at the University.

The home received paint touch ups but the homeowner decided against changing the red living room.  As Tim Gunn would say, "make it work"... and I think we did just that.

Vacant Property Staging- Staged to sell!

Here are some photo's of Tilt's most recent staging! It was a beautiful brand new triplex unit in the mature neighborhood of Forest Heights.

Though staging is about using a universal style, the property itself and the potential buyer demographic determine what type of things I utilize in a property for staging.  This property is shiny and new, close to downtown and has urban furnishings. The way I styled the property reflects all of these things.

By staging only the main rooms of the house, I was able to keep the costs down for the seller but still able to show off the homes assets for the buyers.
